Job Summary Occupation: Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation at Providence Medford Medical Center. Full‑time day schedule. Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities. Conduct individualized evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's special physical or age‑related needs. Offer professional consultations to facilitate maximum patient independence, aligned with functional levels and potential. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. from an accredited occupational therapy program, or equivalent education/experience. Work‑place training or coursework in specialized occupational therapy as required by department needs. Oregon Occupational Therapist license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
