Bilingual Call Center Agent

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Agent will manage inbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while working remotely with flexible hours from 11 am to 7 pm. Key responsibilities Manage large volumes of inbound calls and document customer interactions accurately Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while meeting sales targets Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of complaints Required qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities Proficient in typing and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
