We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented HR Director to lead and scale our people operations across a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on building, improving, and executing HR processes end-to-end rather than operating at arm’s length.

You will partner closely with executive leadership while working directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational teams to deliver best-in-class HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
Lead payroll and benefits administration, including 401(k) plans and US-aligned benefits structures
Build and continuously improve a cradle-to-grave recruiting pipeline, from workforce planning and sourcing through onboarding
Manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously in a high-growth environment
Partner closely with internal and external recruiters, ensuring alignment, pace, and quality of hire
Oversee and optimise HR systems and tooling, including ATS platforms and HRIS (experience with ADP, JazzHR or similar strongly preferred)
Support leadership with practical, commercial HR advice that balances business needs with people outcomes
Act as a trusted bridge between executives and delivery teams — translating strategy into action
Roll up your sleeves and engage quickly where needed, especially during periods of growth or change

Experience & Background
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within technology-focused or high-growth organisations
Strong exposure to US recruiting and employment practices (candidates based in South America or Europe with US experience are encouraged to apply)
Deep operational knowledge of:
Payroll & benefits
401(k) administration
Recruiting operations and pipelines
HR systems, ATS, and HRIT
Comfortable coordinating across multiple xmvmafu stakeholders, time zones, and priorities
Highly execution-driven with a bias toward action and problem-solving
