You will help participants reach developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will support participants in participating in community activities and enjoying their favorite activities. You will develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with at least one year of experience and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy; access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
