We secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers. We currently have an opening for Production Supervisors in our Troy, Ohio location. This is a second shift opening. Responsibilities Provide a safe work environment in the assigned department. Ensure employees have received safety training and are properly using safety devices, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment. Ensure proper job rotation, maintain good general housekeeping, and adhere to safety policies and work practices; lead accident/incident investigations for all incidents within the department. Track and improve line efficiencies. Implement process and/or line layout changes and make recommendations to reduce labor and material costs. Ensure product quality and accuracy and timely completion of production schedules in established priority sequences. Maintain conformance with rules and regulations; issue verbal and written warnings when required; recommend approved disciplinary actions when necessary. Administer company policies and maintain a positive employer/employee relationship at the highest possible level. Train new employees. Maintain the department vacation calendar and resolve vacation conflicts. Conduct monthly departmental meetings covering topics from the Monthly Department Meeting Agenda. Attend company-sponsored training classes and other relevant courses to stay informed on management, supervision, and job-related topics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus education. Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience plus 3–5 years of supervisory experience. Strong computer skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems with little direction.
