• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS Certification; minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered nursing care in a post-acute LTC environment, adhering to clinical protocols, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Additional information: Charting system used is Point Click Care (PCC). No facility or organization names are included.
