Field Service Technician - (Powder Metal Machines)

Our client, a leader in industrial machinery , is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting customers across the region . The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills , independence , and excellent communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Technician (Powder Metal Machines)
Location: Cincinnati / Harrison, OH (Home-based, travel role)
Pay Range: $29 – $40/hour (depending on experience)

What’s the Job?

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of powder coat machine systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
• Prioritize, schedule, and complete field service work for customers
• Conduct preventative maintenance and support development of maintenance schedules
• Prepare and submit service documentation to support accurate and timely invoicing
• Travel up to 90% (overnight as needed) to customer sites while maintaining company equipment and vehicle

 
What’s Needed?

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Proven diagnostic and technical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 90%
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
