Position Type: Full-Time, Monday Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Pay Rate: $17 $18/hour (Based on experience and bilingual proficiency)

We are seeking a motivated, patient, and highly dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our thriving, fast-paced team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, handling inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate customer records by entering and updating account information in our database.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using designated tools and internal systems.
• Listen patiently to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced workflow while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency: Fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Technical & Data Entry Skills: Strong computer proficiency and accurate keyboarding abilities. (Note: A standard typing test is required as part of the application process.)
• Customer-First Attitude: Exceptional patience, empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives Under Pressure: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for the scheduled 8:00 AM 5:00 PM shift.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
