Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role: The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques. Establish and communicate care and discharge plans. Complete accurate clinical documentation within designated timelines. Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure in the state of practice. CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor. Preferred: two years of experience in Physical Therapy. Key Requirements: Commitment to safety and wellbeing, including vaccination policies.
