You’ll focus on relationship-building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm’s growth. This is perfect for professionals with 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and looking to advance into an advisory role. Responsibilities: Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings Collect financial information and assess needs Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions Keep CRM records updated and accurate Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams Represent Guerra professionally at events Assist with team projects and administrative tasks Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written). Financial industry experience is a plus, not required. Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude. Schedule: Full-time, role based in Miami, FL. Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support. Compensation: $80,000–$100,000+ Annually All-in (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses) Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
