Assembler - 2nd Shift

Operator – AssemblerThe Operator – Assembler is responsible for operating and tending specified equipment and machines to create parts or products for the medical device industry. They are also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling, and moving of product.Shifts Available:2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday - FridayResponsibilitiesInspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specificationsUse Bill of Material (BOM) to pull required materialsRead and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQI's)Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)Mix chemicals and materials as requiredEnsure the quality of the products being producedResponsible for periodic checks on outputComplete assigned tasks through hot stamping, sonic welding, pad printing, resistance welding, and silicone back fillingResponsible for prompt recognition of faulty equipmentPerform assembly and secondary production operationsQualifications1+ years of experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience using a microscopeKnowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulationsKnowledge of machinery and equipmentAbility to read and understand work instructions, prints, and IP'sKnowledge of basic math concepts and skillsAbility to read, comprehend, follow and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documentsMechanical aptitudeDexterity and hand and eye coordinationAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple tasksPreferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience in a cleanroom environment2+ years of manufacturing experienceAbility to read and understand blueprintsWhat is it like to work at Cretex Medical?We recognize the contribution of every individual and promote growth, safety, and security for all our employees.
