Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license required
- Experience working with diverse student populations in a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families
- Adaptable and compassionate approach to teaching and behavior management
- Ability to implement IEPs, track progress, and support academic and functional growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student’s IEP
- Provide targeted interventions to address learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to foster achievement
- Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and administrators
- Engage families in the educational process, offering guidance and resources as needed
- Maintain thorough records, facilitate meetings, and adhere to timelines and regulatory requirements
