The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individuals for full time lead teaching position in our Preschool program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.

Job requirements include following state and Goddard regulations, successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices, working with assistant teacher to implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Candidates should be able to lift 20 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor. Candidate must have at least 1 year of working in a preschool or group environment and having a CDA Credential is a plus. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service required!
