Climate Experts is hiring a Residential Electrician — and we have built a company where skilled tradespeople are actually taken care of. Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits Electricians earn $80,000–$135,000+ per year No on-call. Ever. You will sell, install, and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion, backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly. What You Will Own Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call Keep accurate job documentation and reports Maintain safety as a top priority at all times Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows What We Offer Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits $80,000–$130,000+ annual earning potential No on-call.
