Temporary Recruiter

Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on a temporary 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, or production positions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidates based on position requirements and organizational fit. Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Assist with recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and other HR projects as assigned. Qualifications: 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Required: Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, or production roles. Preferred: Experience recruiting within the aerospace or aviation industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to effectively source, screen, and evaluate candidates. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple openings. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
