Our client, a global firm, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead their Boston-based finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial integrity across the full project lifecycle from strategy and design through construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
- Manage intercompany accounts, transfer pricing, and FX adjustments.
- Lead annual audits, tax compliance, and cash management.
- Mentor and develop corporate accounting staff.
- Drive workflow efficiencies and enhance internal controls.
Your Background
- 7+ years of accounting experience (with 2+ years in a management role).
- Knowledge of project-based accounting (Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Vista/Viewpoint is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or public accounting background preferred.
