Mobile Hydraulics Sales Technician

Neeljym Search Group

We’re looking for a self-starter with technical credibility to open a brand-new sales territory in South Bend, Indiana area. This is a ground-floor, growth-driven role — no one is selling here yet. You’ll report directly to the National Sales Manager, own your pipeline, and make a measurable impact from day one.

You’ll be selling hydraulic hoses, connectors, fluid technology components, and complete hydraulic systems to rebuild/repair MROs and OEMs , solving real technical problems for customers. If you thrive on independence, enjoy complex sales, and like building relationships, this could be your next move.

WHAT YOU BRING:

CFPHS certification or 3+ years of related technical sales experience
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Ability to communicate technical solutions to customers and build trust

WHAT YOU GET:

Competitive salary, commissions and bonuses
Health insurance fully covered for you, zero out of pocket
Work from home while owning your territory
Direct access to leadership — your decisions matter

WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE:

You’re building a territory from scratch — persistence is key
Field-based role with regular travel to customer sites
Sales cycles are technical and sometimes long, but the impact is tangible

If you’re ready to own a territory, shape your role, and grow with a family-owned company , apply today.
