Software Engineer

Open Roles Software Engineer Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions using NVIDIA GPU technology. Own the full software development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and optimization. Build robust solutions utilizing technologies including React, Node.js, MongoDB, and NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, and TensorRT Inference Server. Optimize and maintain efficient deployment workflows using Docker and DevOps best practices. Continuously improve software reliability, performance, scalability, and user experience. Stay updated with NVIDIA SDKs, APIs, and emerging GPU technologies to integrate into existing and new solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of software development experience, preferably building GPU-accelerated applications. Hands‑on experience with NVIDIA stack technologies (e.g., CUDA, TensorRT, DeepStream). Familiarity with web development technologies such as React, Node.js, MongoDB, and SQL databases. Proven expertise in Docker‑based containerization and modern DevOps practices. Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver on‑time projects. Extensive experience with Cursor IDE and AI‑assisted coding workflows (Windsurf, etc). Frontend Engineer (Simulations) Build the visual layer of our simulation engine. You will work on WebMCP and React to visualize complex agentic workflows in real‑time. Develop high‑performance visualization components for simulation states. Integrate with real‑time WebSocket feeds from the agent core. Maintain the component library and design system. 3+ years of React experience. Experience with canvas/WebGL is a plus. Obsession with performance and 60fps interactions. Machine Learning Engineer Join our core engineering team to push the boundaries of agentic interaction. You will work on robust models that allow agents to reliably navigate and understand complex software interfaces. Develop and fine‑tune models for DOM understanding and visual navigation. Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability and success rates. Collaborate with engineering to deploy models into high‑throughput production environments. Requirements Strong background in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or NLP. Experience with fine‑tuning LLMs/VLM for specific tasks.
