Construction Project Manager

Join Thermal Concepts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a results-driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while maintaining strong relationships and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Review project drawings, specifications, and design requirements. Ensure projects are completed according to contract requirements and customer expectations. Budget & Financial Management Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor project costs, procurement, and subcontractor expenditures. Track financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Mitigate project risks and proactively address potential budget impacts. Scheduling & Project Controls Develop detailed project schedules and milestone plans. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed. Coordinate project activities to ensure deadlines and commitments are achieved. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality workmanship. Resolve issues related to project quality, compliance, and execution. Leadership & Client Management Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. Foster strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to leadership and clients. Ensure all project changes and approvals are properly documented. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project delivery processes. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PMI, or other Project Management certification. Experience working within mechanical, HVAC, or specialty construction environments. Advanced proficiency with project management and scheduling software. Why Thermal Concepts?
