Health Insurance, Retirement, Sick Time, Vacation Time Position: Masonry Foreman Location: Western New York Company: Paint of WNY Paint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong masonry skills, jobsite management experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and lead masonry crews on daily jobsite operations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards Train and mentor crew members Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors Perform masonry work as needed, including brick, block, stone, and restoration projects Qualifications 5+ years of masonry experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and restoration techniques Ability to read construction plans and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (if applicable) Paid holidays and vacation Opportunities for advancement Year-round work for qualified candidates If you're a motivated leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality masonry work, we'd like to hear from you.
