This management level position also includes responsibility for productivity, volume, budget adherence, quality, technology innovation, staff development, and continuous improvement.Attract, hire, retain, and develop talented employees.The safety of yourself, your staff, and those around you while at work either at the plant or in the field.Perform work primarily as a Supervisor/Company leader and secondarily as an individual contributor. As an individual contributor, will perform work which sets the bar for the group as well as the organization. As a leader, you will develop standard work process and procedures.Directly responsible for monitoring and improving the project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to increase efficiency, production, quality, and volume. Ensure the work of subordinates and subcontractors meets quality, code compliance, and consistency. Ensure designs and installations meet all applicable codes.
