Acquisitions & Development VP — Texas Growth Leader

Legacy Partners, a privately held real estate firm, seeks a Senior Managing Director to lead long-range plans for growth in multifamily acquisitions and development across Texas. You will underwrite site acquisitions, coordinate due diligence, entitlements, design, asset management, and all development functions to maximize cash flow.
Responsibilities include evaluating deals, coordinating development phases, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring lender compliance.
