Compensation:

$115,000 - $197,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Conduct property showings and guide clients through the home-buying process with confidence.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings.
• Utilize provided training and mentorship to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Follow a structured daily activity plan to ensure consistent progress and goal achievement.
• Prepare and present offers, ensuring all client needs and preferences are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions in Edison, NJ, to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and transactions.

• Familiarity with the Edison real estate market is advantageous, but not essential.
