Competitive pay: $21–$23/hr (based on experience) Weekly pay with consistent scheduling Medical, dental, and vision benefits Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities May be eligible for paid sick leave or PTO per NJ regulations Access to some of the best apartment communities in the region What You’ll Be Doing: Greet and assist prospective residents, providing property tours and closing leases Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain guest cards Process applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently Support resident retention through exceptional customer service Coordinate with the property team to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals Assist with community events, front office duties, and light marketing as needed What We’re Looking For: 6+ months of apartment leasing or sales/customer service experience preferred Strong communication and closing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon is a plus) Reliable transportation and punctuality required Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
