We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions./ppJob Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 1st Compensation: $20 - $24/hr Sing On bonus: $2000/ppPrincipal Accountabilities:/pulliPerforming facility operations such as receiving and shipping products, which may include fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and grain/liliBasic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations/liliProviding excellent customer service and engaging with team members/liliUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations/liliMaintaining a safe and clean work environment/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliMust be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship/liliMust be 18 years or older/liliAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation/liliAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)/liliBasic use of a computer/liliMust be able to work in various weather, industrial and agricultural settings/liliAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)/liliAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBasic mechanical aptitude/li/ulpConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
