Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 Base + Commission | OTE: $60,000-$70,000

We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Whether you already have recruiting experience or are looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition, we’d love to hear from you.

We can teach you recruiting. What we’re looking for is drive, reliability, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people.

This role is a great fit for someone coming from customer service, sales, leadership, management, hospitality, banking, account management, education, or another people-focused field who is ready to build a professional career with growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and successfully fill open positions.
• Work toward a goal of filling 1-3 positions per month, depending on current hiring needs.
• Connect with candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate outreach and build relationships with prospective hires.
• Screen applicants and help determine their fit for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support new-hire onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Help recruit for positions across the organization, with a particular focus on our growing Sales team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our systems.
• Use an established recruiting budget to support sourcing, advertising, and other recruiting efforts.
• Leverage our employee referral incentive program to generate additional qualified candidates.

Training & Development

You don’t need to know everything about recruiting on day one. We’ll provide training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Your training will include:

• Candidate sourcing and outreach strategies
• Applicant screening and interviewing techniques
• Job boards, recruiting platforms, and our Applicant Tracking System
• Candidate communication and relationship management
• Working effectively with hiring managers
• Recruiting processes and hiring best practices
• Onboarding and employee experience processes

You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship with ongoing coaching and feedback as you develop in the role.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Recruiting, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Leadership or management experience
• Experience using Zoom, CRMs, or Applicant Tracking Systems

Compensation 

We want our Talent Acquisition Specialist to have the tools, support, and incentives needed to succeed.

$45,000-$50,000 base salary
Commission opportunities with OTE of $60,000-$70,000

What Success Looks Like

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, driven, coachable, and excited to learn. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop candidate pipelines, and help move qualified candidates through the hiring process. A key measure of success in this role will be helping fill approximately 1-3 positions per month, based on the company’s current hiring needs. If you’ve built a reputation for showing up, working hard, learning quickly, and caring about people, we’d love to talk with you.
