Business Systems AnalystAre you a strong communicator who likes to think critically? Join our Life Sciences team as a Business Systems Analyst who serves as an important liaison between various internal departments and IT, leading the development and implementation of systems enhancements and changes. In this role, you will lead training to support new software implementation and drive the ongoing adoption. You will also provide ongoing technical and process support and assist with the development and testing of software changes.Location: This is a hybrid position, must be within a commutable distance to Mentor, Ohio with expectation to be on-site 2-3 days per week.This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or H1B Transfer.What You'll Do as a Business Systems AnalystInteract with all levels of the Life Sciences Service Business to identify system bugs and enhancements, including writing requirements documents, user stories, functional documentation and business process documentation, to ensure positive user experience.Work with Operation Managers and IT Business Relationship Manager to identify process and system enhancements to meet business needs, including acting as the IT liaison.Assist with the development, testing, and communication of system releases and upgrades.Maintain and deliver user training to support new systems enhancements or system implementation and support ongoing adoption.Exhibits a commitment to the shared values of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement through ensuring defect-free workmanship, assisting others to meet the customer's needs, searching for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste, being active and accountable for customer satisfaction, and satisfying the customer's needs with a sense of urgency.The Experience, Skills and Abilities NeededRequired:Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum of 3 years related Salesforce experience requiredExperience with functional requirements, process documentation for system enhancements and writing user storiesPreferred:Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or other Salesforce certification preferredUnderstanding of Salesforce Field Service functionalities (scheduling, Mobile, Dispatch Console, Assets, Work Orders) preferred2 years of analysis-related or project management experience preferredExperience with Jira is helpfulSkills:Ability to analyze and map complex field service workflowsStrong communication, problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office products and Oracle (or similar ERP system)Strong organization, planning, and analytical skillsDemonstrates initiative and adaptability, and develops innovative solutions to problemsBuilds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customersWhat STERIS OffersWe value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being and financial future.Here is a brief overview of what we offer:Market Competitive PayExtensive Paid Time Off and (9) added HolidaysExcellent Healthcare, Dental and Vision BenefitsLong/Short Term Disability Coverage401(k) with a company matchMaternity and Paternity LeaveAdditional add-on benefits/discounts for programs such as Pet InsuranceTuition Reimbursement and continued education programsExcellent opportunities for advancement in a stable long-term careerPay range for this opportunity is $68,638 - $88,825. This position is eligible for bonus participation.Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
