At the forefront of aviation, defense, and space exploration, this company offers exciting opportunities to work on next-generation aircraft, space systems, and advanced technologies that define the future of aerospace.Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC milling and turning machinesInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specificationsSelect, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and offsetsMonitor machining operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to tolerancesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipmentConduct inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Partner with engineering and production teams to improve machining processesMaintain production documentation and machine recordsEnsure compliance with safety standards and clean work environment practicesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED5+ years as a CNC MachinistTechnical Experience: 5+ years operating CNC machines (milling and/or turning)5+ years of G-code programming and CNC controlsAbility to lift up to 35 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with CAD/CAM software (CATIA or similar)Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting in machining environmentsMoseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.
