This includes recipe specifications, safe food handling, food quality standards, and picture-perfect presentation. The Kitchen employee demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, has a positive attitude, and meets all WingHouse kitchen uniform and grooming standards.Responsibilities:Follows WingHouse Recipes and Operating Procedures & SystemsEnsures Food Presentation is Visually Appealing & Picture PerfectPractices Proper Food Safety & Sanitation StandardsAdheres to WingHouse Kitchen Uniform and Hygiene StandardsCompletes Daily Tasks and Assigned Project Work including Kitchen Set Up and BreakdownResponsible to assist with Receiving and Rotation of Food SuppliesContinuous Development of WingHouse Kitchen KnowledgeResponsible to assist with Dish Area Cleanliness and Trash RemovalKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Must be 18 years of age or olderObtain Safe Food Handling Practices certificationAwareness of Equipment SafetyDetail OrientedKnife Handling SkillsBasic Mathematical SkillsAbility to Maintain ProfessionalismAbility to Perform Required Tasks within View of GuestsAbility to Multi-Task at a Fast PaceMenu Knowledge and the Ability to Adapt to ChangeRequirements:Qualifications:1-3 years kitchen experience required; line cook experience preferredMaintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management CertificationAuthorized to work in the United States
