Mainly working on aviation, hospitality, urban, and specialty construction, offering services such as preconstruction, design management, estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and project monitoring.We have recently broken into the Healthcare, Medical & Clinical Construction field, for some repeat clients. Because of this, we are looking for an experience Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, who has a proven track record of Interior fits outs on similar projects. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, safety, and client satisfaction while maintaining alignment with project budgets and schedules.Responsibilities -Lead early stage planning, for scope development, budgeting & schedules for the healthcare interiors projects-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare facility teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations & building codes-Review drawings, specifications, and medical equipment layouts for constructability and accuracy -Ensure adherence to healthcare standards like (ICRA), interim life safety measures, and hospital/clinical safety requirements-Coordinate installation of medical equipment, MEP systems, and specialty finishes-Maintain project budgets, track costs, and manage change orders-Develop and update project schedules, ensuring milestones are met-Oversee submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project documentation-Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, facility managers, and design partners-Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks, and solutions-Build strong relationships to support repeat business and long term partnershipsQualifications 5+ years of recent experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a General ContractorDirect experience with healthcare interior build outs requiredStrong understanding of medical equipment coordination, MEP systems, and facility operationsFamiliarity with AHCA, FGI Guidelines, ICRA, and other healthcare construction standardsProficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in active healthcare environmentsBenefits100% Paid Healthcare Bonuses up to 20% 401K Collaborative, team driven cultureStrong pipeline of projects
