MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with our dynamic outpatient team near Mount Croghan, SC. This role is ideal for a candidate experienced in outpatient therapy who is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities for Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Patient Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Therapeutic Interventions: Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Work Setting: Outpatient
• Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including PTs, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded patient care.
• Progress Monitoring: Observe and document patient progress, report any significant changes to the supervising PT, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to support continued rehabilitation.
• Compliance: Adhere to all outpatient clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications for Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in South Carolina or a compact license.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented approach.
