- New clinic with a planned launch in late 2026
- Outpatient-only; flexible Monday-Friday scheduling
- Collaborative call rotation shared with regional Family Medicine providers
- Access to DAX AI clinical documentation tools and integrated MyChart for virtual care
- Strong administrative and clinical support
- Practice growth anticipated to include 3 providers by 2027
