How You Will Make an Impact Lead, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for teams of two to four apprentice electricians on active jobsites. Execute complex commercial and industrial power distribution and control installations in strict adherence to the National Electrical Code. Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise wiring and system functionality from day one. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems systematically to minimize project delays and maintain strict field timelines. Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols daily to maintain a secure, zero-accident environment for your crew. Manage administrative field tasks efficiently by utilizing personal digital devices to track and input crew time accurate to schedule. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience operating as an electrician, with experience leading commercial projects. Proven track record of stable employment, demonstrating several years of dedication at previous companies. Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history. Possession of standard electrical hand tools appropriate for a leadership-level electrician. Absolute proficiency in reading blueprints and executing proper, code-compliant commercial wiring methods. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED. Active Journeyman License. Direct electrical experience working within theme parks, large hotels, or entertainment venues. Bilingual communication skills with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
