This is a leadership role for someone who can set the standard, train others, and lead by example in face-to-face lead generation. You will serve as a top-performing Brand Ambassador while also helping coach, support, and develop other team members in the field. What’s in it for You Competitive Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities for an $75,000+ OTE Leadership Opportunity: Step into a key field leadership role supporting team development and performance Career Growth: Build leadership experience with one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the country Dynamic Work Environment: Work across retail locations and activation sites throughout the Phoenix market Team Impact: Help shape the performance, consistency, and success of our Retail Brand Ambassador team What You’ll Be Doing Lead Generation: Generate new sales opportunities and qualified leads for Lifetime Team Training: Train and coach team members on how to generate quality leads that turn into revenue Lead by Example: Work retail locations consistently to model best practices and keep your own skills sharp Performance Monitoring: Track individual performance and report progress or challenges to the Retail Activations Manager Coaching: Share performance metrics with team members and provide coaching to improve results Training Plans: Help develop and maintain a consistent training plan for Retail Brand Ambassadors Field Support: Plan and execute in-field training on a regular basis Operational Support: Assist with setup and tear-down at multiple locations and help ensure retail activations run efficiently Scheduling Support: Help with shift coverage and scheduling support as needed Team Assistance: Handle issues with team members and support day-to-day retail operations Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of Lifetime’s products Travel: Travel up to three hours from the central office when needed to support lead generation efforts What You Need Experience: At least 1 year of Brand Ambassador experience Technology Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, Outlook, and Paylocity Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and support others Reliability: Willingness to step in when others miss responsibilities or coverage is needed Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early starts, late shifts, and weekends Transportation: Reliable transportation is required Driving Comfort: Experience and comfort driving large vehicles or towing trailers is preferred Physical Requirements Mobility: Ability to stand and walk 6+ hours per day Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and varying shift times Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs Join Us As a Retail Team Lead at Lifetime Home Remodeling, you’ll play an important role in developing our field team and driving growth in one of our most established markets.
