Outreach Manager, Referral Partnerships
House of Hearts ABA. Commission Only, Uncapped, Remote.

About the Role

House of Hearts ABA is rapidly expanding and looking to keep that momentum going. We are looking for experienced outreach managers and sales representatives who want the opportunity to build real passive income by growing their own book of business. You do the outreach, you record it, you follow up, you close referral sources. Every client you bring into active direct care keeps paying you every month they stay in care with us, for up to 6 months. The bigger your book, the bigger your monthly income.

This is a fully remote, commission only position. You work whatever hours fit your schedule, since most outreach happens during the hours your referral sources are open. Every outreach touch and every referral is tracked, and this is a performance driven role. Reps who don't hit their benchmarks will be let go. The reps who do the work build a strong, lasting book here.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to pediatricians, therapy clinics, schools, and other providers who see families that could benefit from ABA therapy
Build real relationships so House of Hearts becomes their go to referral
Log every outreach touch and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
Secure signed referral partnerships and keep them active over time
Follow up consistently so partners actually send families, not just agree to in theory
Represent House of Hearts professionally and follow our outreach and compliance guidelines

Compensation

150 dollars a month for every client in active direct care in your book, paid for up to 6 months per client. Active direct care means the client is receiving ongoing direct service, not an assessment or intake only.
250 dollar bonus the first time you reach 5 clients in active direct care, 500 at 10, 750 at 15
150 dollar speed bonus when a referral enters active direct care within 30 days of your first outreach
Monthly top 2 leaderboard bonus based on that month's active client count, 200 and 100 dollars
200 dollar bonus on your first client entering active direct care, if it happens in your first 90 days

What We're Looking For

Comfortable starting conversations with people you've never met and making a strong first impression by phone, email, or video
Organized enough to follow up until a partnership actually closes
Genuinely wants to help families get into care faster
Background in healthcare, pharma, medical device, or home health is a plus, not a requirement
No prior ABA or clinical experience needed
Comfortable working remotely and being held to real, tracked performance benchmarks
