We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Compensation:

$50,000 yearly plus bonuses based on sales

Responsibilities:

• Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
• Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of

Qualifications:

• One year of work experience in sales
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
