State Collection Service is seeking Remote Collection Specialists (Account Resolution Representatives) to join our team. You will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect payments on medical and non-medical accounts, while maintaining compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and related laws. The role requires 1+ years in collections or customer service, data entry accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr State Collection Service
