Role Description We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead for a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area, with the opportunity to work from home as needed. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, lead analysis of business processes, and support integration efforts. You will work closely with clients to provide expert consulting, manage functional configurations, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring successful delivery of HCM projects. Additionally, you will engage in developing best practices and improve enterprise‑wide workflows to align with business objectives.
