Compensation: Our Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually.

Position Requirements: 

• 18 years of age or older 
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is required for this position. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with and provide exceptional service to customers in both languages.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in performance-based compensation environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience.
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer.
