We are seeking a Full-Time Associate General Dentist to join a well-established office in Knoxville, TN with a clear path to partnership . This position is perfect for a highly productive dentist who values a busy schedule and works with an efficient team, all while enjoying the benefits of a dentist-led practice rather than a DSO/corporate environment.

- Fully owned and operated by a dentist, not a DSO
- PPO and cash patients; no Medicaid
- Clinical autonomy : Enjoy a schedule optimized for efficiency while having the discretion to decide which cases to retain or refer
- Generate $1.2 Million+ in revenue on a 4-day schedule
- Modern office equipped with digital technology
- Expected Income: $350,000+ as an associate
