Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. As a Nurse at Fieldstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Monitor and report patient condition, including any changes or concerns
Participate in shift reports, patient care conferences, and other meetings as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety standards
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies
Rate:
0-1 Year: $30 LPN/$35 RN
2-3 Years: $31 LPN/$36 RN
4-5 Years: $32 LPN/$37 RN
6-7 Years: $33 LPN/$38 RN
8-9 Years: $33.50 LPN/$38.50 RN
10+ Years: $34 LPN/$39 RN
