Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. 10+ years of experience.Coordinate across teams and dependencies — Sync with engineering, product, marketing, and vendor partners to align on scope, hand-offs, and cross-team dependencies (e.g., IE/ORT testing windows, deployment schedules, eligibility/data pulls).Run meetings and drive action items — Facilitate stand-ups, program reviews, and breakout sessions; capture decisions and action items, assign owners, and follow up to closure.Manage scope and escalations — Assess incoming scope changes and new information, weigh schedule/resource impact, and escalate to leadership with clear options when triggers are met (e.g., budget, timeline, or partner changes).Prepare stakeholder reporting — Build and refine leadership-ready updates that emphasize production release dates and business value milestones, then finalize and distribute ahead of executive reviews.Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. ClifyX
