About the Role: As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: Support and complete HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with Oak Park Oasis's goals and values Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate and manage employee training, development, and retention initiatives Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration Collaborate with department managers to identify and address recruitment and retention needs Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, department managers, and other stakeholders Monitor and report HR metrics, including turnover rates, training metrics, and employee satisfaction Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in long term care Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and ACA (preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
