About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher , you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and abilities. With our state-of-the‑art facilities and equipment, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and overall well-being
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and self-sufficiency
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist (OT) degree from an accredited program
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
