Community Health Outreach Specialist
Peach Tree Healthcare
Peach Tree Health in Marysville, CA seeks a Community Health Worker to support underserved populations. You will help enroll clients in Medi-Cal/Medicare, connect them with services, and promote health programs in the community.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work non-traditional hours at clinics and in the field. Bilingual (Spanish/Punjabi) preferred.
