Repair Administration Coordinator / Clerk

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Enter repair, inventory, and work order data into company systems
• Process and maintain repair documentation and customer records
• Scan, file, and organize paperwork and electronic documents
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving
• Support technicians and operations teams with documentation and parts requests
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy
• Use Microsoft Office and ERP systems to support daily operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, data entry, customer service, or operations support experience
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or similar systems
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• Aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, or work orders

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
