Drives significant improvements to the strategy design and development of advanced network systems for enterprise, data center, or cloud-based environments, leading comprehensive validation and overseeing critical investigations across network areas. Defines processes for developing automation frameworks for testing and operations, providing strategic guidance on network task automation and performance monitoring across teams. Oversees organizational test strategy development, ensuring alignment across products, leading root cause analysis (RCA) integration, prioritizing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) items, and influencing policy development for compliance and security alignment. Oversees network health metrics and monitoring strategies for scalability, coordinates feedback across monitoring teams, sets policies for escalation, drives root cause investigation consistency, and prioritizes tool development projects for frontline support.
