Job Summary and Responsibilities Job Summary The purpose of this position is to serve as Subject Matter Expert and business partner to program management and program control and to oversee and manage the full contract lifecycle. Responsibilities Provide detailed and thoughtful review of contracts to assure negotiated terms support implementation and compliance. Deploy a practice management approach to ensure proper engagement of critical stakeholders. Negotiate various types of agreements such as contracts, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements. Provide analysis of contracting risk or execution challenges with actionable recommendations. Provide advice on regulatory and contract compliance; support compliance activities. Ensure contract management reporting requirements are met. Prepare and maintain contract summaries in the contract management platform. Interact with customer procurement representatives for contract management duties. Lead contracting team efforts to identify and implement technology solutions. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, JD from accredited law school a plus. 8+ years' experience of contracts management/legal within IT/Technology related fields. Full proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules. Preferred Qualifications Energetic self-starter with initiative and a creative approach to problem-solving. Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to balance strategic critical thinking and attention to detail. Proven success in managing complex technology transactions and effective negotiation skills. Why us? Experience in Lieu of Degree For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
