Schedule: Flexible hours — scheduled in advance

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated  PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team. This position is ideal for a skilled nurse who values flexibility and enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient  admissions and start-of-care assessments

• Conduct  supervisory visits to ensure high-quality care delivery

• Document all visits and assessments in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements

• Communicate with caregivers, physicians, and the care team to support patient needs

• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting independence and safety in the home

Qualifications

• Active  Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia

• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
