Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Contract)Location: Lake Mary, FL (Onsite)Pay: $30–$33/hour, based on experienceAssignment Length: 6-Month ContractWe are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator on a six-month contract assignment. This role is primarily focused on payroll processing while also supporting employee benefits administration and essential HR functions.ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll accurately and on scheduleAdminister employee garnishments and 401(k) transactions, including enrollments, contribution changes, loans, and distributionsCoordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll reconciliationsPrepare payroll and HR reports for management and executive leadershipGenerate HR reports and maintain accurate employee recordsPrepare documentation for internal and external auditsConduct audits of payroll records, personnel files, PTO balances, and HR policiesAdminister PTO, vacation, sick leave, holiday, and personal leave programs, ensuring accurate accrualsSupport employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiriesQualifications3+ years of payroll processing experienceExperience with employee benefits, garnishments, and 401(k) administrationKnowledge of payroll compliance, tax withholdings, and payroll regulationsExperience with ADP/HRIS systems and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish)Experience with ServiceTitan#LI-JC1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Tews Company Staffing
